AD – PR Visit to Heavenly Desserts in Coventry *all opinions are our own.
If you answered yes to any of the above, then you are definitely going to want to check out Heavenly Desserts Coventry.
If you really wanted, you could forget having a starter or a main meal and simply have a three-course dessert meal here. But do be mindful of the calories.
You will find Heavenly desserts located on Corporation Street in the Coventry city centre. They are a part of a franchise that was established in 2008, so they also have other restaurants across the UK.
Their desserts are all about using the most delicious ingredients to create outstanding pancakes, waffles, cheesecakes, milkshakes, gelato, sorbet, mocktails, sundaes, etc.
Did you see the size of that menu? You will be spoilt for choice. And if you still can’t decide, you can even create your own dessert! They also offer a Vegan and Gluten-free menu for people with more specific dietary requirements.
During our visit, we sampled a small selection of the menu, and we can tell you that these were absolutely mouthwateringly divine.
I had the Belgian chocolate and raspberry torte. This had a biscuit crumb base topped with a Belgian chocolate and raspberry filling, sprinkled with more chocolate biscuit crumbs, and served with a scoop of raspberry sorbet.
Be warned that the sugar rush we experienced from our desserts and drinks was pretty immense, and left us feeling pleasantly sated for hours.
The restaurant aims to feel like a 5-star dining experience without being ridiculously expensive or causing too much damage to your bank account.
We found that the blue velvet seating, marble tables, mirrors and soft lighting added to the decadent sense of luxury within Heavenly desserts. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was some confusion with one of our drinks, but they quickly remedied this for us and with very little fuss.
We thought it was a great place for a special celebration or a treat with family and friends.
Absolutely, it’s a menu packed with loads of different desserts! Although they do also sell drinks, these include teas, coffees, mocktails, smoothies, and milkshakes.
We both opted to take prime lenses because we anticipated it would most likely be dim lighting inside the restaurant. Similarly, we asked to sit in one of the window booths to increase the amount of natural light available.
I used my Sony A7iii with my Sony 50mm F1.8 prime lens. For more information, see our photography gear.
Brett used his Nikon D750 with his 50mm, F1.8 prime lens.
We edited these images in a dreamy and decadent way to reflect the luxurious decor and Heavenly Desserts. Firstly, we used Adobe Lightroom to process a small selection of our RAW images. Secondly, I used the Adobe Photoshop Express app (which is free to download your mobile) to add a little bokeh and light streaks for additional sparkle and fun.
Many thanks to Coventry Bloggers & Heavenly Desserts for inviting us to this PR Visit.
