Christmas Photography Competition with NiSi UK

UKPOTD have teamed up with NiSi UK for a Christmas photography competition!

One lucky winner will receive a NiSi screw-in Circular Landscape Polariser or a Natural Night filter. NiSi screw-in filters are available in popular lens sizes up to 95mm. The winner will be able to pick which one they would like to receive, the NiSi Circular Landscape Polariser or the Natural Night filter.

• Upload your Christmas themed images on Instagram then add #ukpotd_xmas20 and #NiSiUK to your caption
• You can submit multiple entries for this Christmas photography competition
• This competition is open from 1 December 2020 and closes at 12 pm on 21st December 2020.
• NiSi UK will select their favourite Christmas themed image from the hashtags, and the winner will be announced shortly after the competition closes.

• You must be a UK resident, aged over 16 years to enter this Christmas photography competition.
• There is no entry fee.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
• This prize is non-refundable or transferable. And there is no cash alternative.
• By entering this competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
• All images submitted must be your own work. You must own the copyright, and it is your responsibility to ensure that any images you submit don’t infringe the copyright of any third party or any other laws.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• Nisi UK will choose the winner. Their decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into about their selection process.
• The winner will be notified by DM within 72 hours of the closing date.
• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, we reserve the right to randomly select another winner from the competition entries.
• The winner will need to provide UKPOTD with their UK postal address, this will be passed onto NiSi UK who will post their chosen prize directly to them.
• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• We are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
